Darida production includes 4 wells, 3 main workshops, section for bottling drinking water to 5-liter bottles, molding shop for production of preforms of plastic bottles and polymeric caps. The workshops are equipped with modern heavy duty equipment of the leading European manufacturers. Therefore, due to complete automation of the technological process at the Darida enterprise physical labour is absolutely excluded.

 

All four wells are situated at the territory of the enterprise in the ecologically clean horizon of the underground water basin. The well and the site are safely protected from the danger of pollution. The casing, the lift pipes and the bottom hole pipe are made of stainless steel, which excludes their chemical, physical-chemical and biological interaction with the water. All basins and the pipeline are made of nonhazardous materials acceptable for food production. That is why during water delivery from the well to the bottling section the probability of water pollution is absolutely excluded.

 

In the manufacturing workshops there are four automated bottling lines, which allow producing of more than 15 million bottles per month. Each line includes a blowing machine that transforms preforms prepared in advance into bottles; a monoblock, where bottle rinsing, bottling and capping take place; a labeling machine, a packing automat, a shrinkable film and a palletizer. The peculiarity of the bottling machines is minimal contact of the production with the environment (closed bottling block), which allows to manufacture only high quality production.

 

Line No.1 in workshop No.1 produces carbonated and non-carbonated mineral water, drinking carbonated and non-carbonated water, carbonated and non-carbonated drinking waters containing iodine and selenium that necessary to improve immunity, carbonated and non-carbonated waters of “Tea Collection”, “Aqua Fruit”, “Multifruit”, and a newly-designed product of 2008 – juice drink “MegaFruit” “Blackberry Taste”.

 

At Line No.2 in workshop No.1 carbonated and non-carbonated mineral water, carbonated and non-carbonated drinking water (with and without additives), carbonated drinks and non-carbonated juice drinks are bottled.

In workshop No.3 carbonated mineral water is bottled.

 

In the workshop of molding machines preforms and caps are produced. Bottles of round and original square shapes are made from the preforms, which are made of small polymeric granules. A special machine warms up and melts the granules to obtain plastic mass, which then is molded to the necessary shape. Caps for bottles are made the same way. The production of bottles preforms and caps is carried out by own forces of the enterprise, which makes the production cycle close. This is an undeniable advantage of the enterprise. That is how we eliminate the danger of pollution of the contents of the bottles through the package.
